Your new company
Your new company is a well-established manufacturing business based in the heart of Burnley. They have been established for over 30 years and pride themselves in excellent customer service and high quality products. Due to company growth, they are now seeking a permanent Toolroom Machinist to join their team on a full time and permanent basis on days.

Your new role
This job as a toolroom machinist will be working in the toolroom on a number of machines to produce engineering tooling to a high standard. Machines will include lathes, millers, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, dividing heads, polishing, lapping, drills, saws, etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be time served, capable of reading engineering drawings and manufacturing close tolerance engineered tooling. At interview you must be able to demonstrate your engineering flare for problem solving and work to continual improvement initiatives.

What you'll get in return
You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £29,000 working a fixed day shift, or alternate days pattern. Other benefits include competitive holidays and a pension scheme.
