Timegate Product Specialist - 2nd 3rd Line - Timegate SME
This is an excellent opportunity for specialist with Timegate rostering software to join a large UK based organisation. This role would be the equivalent of 2nd / 3rd line support, but with the candidate being a Timegate subject matter expert.
This is remote role, with the need for onsite meetings once per month / once per quarter.
As an experience Timegate Product Specialist you will be the 'go to' person within the business for this technology. You with have ultimate advisory on it and resolve technical issues surrounding it.
You will be responsible for:
Incident Resolution
Incident SLAs/KPIs
Major Incident Troubleshooting
Major Incident Resolution
Raising Emergency Change
Major Incident SLAs/KPIs
Creation of Event Alerts
Event Threshold Reviews
Reactive Problem Management
Creation of Reactive Problem Records
Root Cause Analysis
Known Issues/Workarounds
Known Issue Awareness
Raising Problem Risk
Raising Problem Change
Identification of CSI Opportunities
Service Request Fulfilment
Service Request SLAs/KPIs
Risk Mitigation
Raising an Operational Change
Operational Change Impact Assessment
Operational Change Risk Assessment
Operational Change Review
Operational Change Scheduling
Operational Change Planning
Operational Change Testing
Operational Change Implementation
