Well established construction organisation seeking 3 Administrators to work at their Head Office in Speke.

Your new role
This role is responsible for processing the time card data each week for all areas of the build business. You will be required to input weekly time cards for all employees, maintaining records, updating absence data, preparing management information in relation to items on hire and completing ad hoc analysis as required by the finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have over 2 years experience of working with time sensitive data ideally within employee support environment and experience of working in support services sector and or contract accounting would be advantageous. You must have the ability to work unsupervised, have a positive attitude, strong Excel (including macros), previous use of a finance system or Oracle HR.

What you'll get in return
Hourly rate of £10ph. Free parking. Role from April to September.
