We are currently recruiting a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer to work for a prestigious client in the Finance and Banking Industry, based in Victoria - London.

The role:

As a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer you will be assisting all levels of end user with technical queries. General issues include communications, Laptop, PC, Tablets and device configuration, ensuring problems are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.

You will also be supporting the day to day running of the Network and Servers, including Active Directory, Exchange and Virtualization platforms.

Configuration of Network Security, including Access points, VPN’s, Virus and spam/adware applications is also part of the role, as well as ensuring all available updates are applied throughout.


  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and VMWare
  • Good knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies
  • Previous experience in a similar IT Support role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload

This is a Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
