The site is the groups Flagship hospital that provides complex Surgical and medical care to insured, NHS referred and self-paying patients. Their most recent Care Quality Commission report resulted in a GOOD rating for the site which they are looking to improve upon on their next inspection.
You will be an experienced Theatre practitioner with current NMC or HCPC registration, looking to develop your skills to provide the highest standard of perioperative care. You will be responsible for ensuring you work as a team to put the patient's safety and dignity as your main priority. You will ensure instruments, needle and swab Counts are taken and recorded.
This is a Full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, you will be offered a competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000 depending on your experience, have access to a fully funded and market leading training programme as well as access to the following benefits:
