I am working with a valued and established client who is looking to recruit a Theatre Lead Recovery practitioner for their private surgical hospital in north London to assist leading the theatre and assisting the theatre manager.

The Service

The hospital provides General, Gynaecology, Urology, Cosmetic, ENT, Urology, Bariatric etc. surgery procedures to a UK leading standard and are proud to be working with some of worlds leading surgeons.

The Candidate

This role would suit a senior theatre nurse/ODP or Theatre Lead looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have experience in theatre with experience in any of the above treatments. You must be RGN or ODP qualified and have a valid NMC or HCPC registration. The successful candidate will have up to date experience in theatres and will be up to date in current practices. You will be assisting to run 2 state of the art theatre.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with up to date NMC or Registered ODP with up to date HCPC registration
  • Worked in a senior theatre role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to train, mentor and manage theatre staff
  • Flexibility

Summary

My client is looking to pay £40,000 per year plus benefits which will be discussed further at interview.
