Would you like to be part of an organisation that is passionate about the UK’s heritage and one that is helping to save historic buildings at risk? If the answer is yes, then we would love to hear from you and give you the opportunity to join our team.
Currently, we are looking for a new trustee who is based in the East Midlands to join us to assist in the running of the Trust and to help us rescue the former Bretby Art Pottery showroom in Derbyshire.
Ideally, you will share our passion for the historic environment and possess skills that are relevant to the repair and reuse of historic buildings. You will be involved in all of the decision-making of The Heritage Trust and be part of a progressive non-profit organisation that is making a difference to our heritage at risk.
As part of The Heritage Trust’s core group, you must be within easy commuting distance of our current project and be able to attend at least six trustee meetings each year that are normally held in Derby. The role will be purely voluntary, however, there are funding opportunities to learn new skills and experience.
If you would like to express an interest, then please send a copy of your CV along with a single A4 page detailing your skills and experience and motivation to become a trustee of The Heritage Trust.
If you would like further information about the position please contact us.
The closing date for receipt of applications is midday 16th April 2018 and interviews will be held mid-May 2018.
