This is an exciting opportunity to work as Testing Technology Lead for a large clients in South Hampton. The role incudes:

The Role

  • Coordinate and manage the activities of the test related tool expert team
  • Distribution of tasks (e.g. development, tool support, …)
  • Track the tasks execution progress
  • Responsible for Testing tools stability and usability
  • Centralize the testing tools requirements and selection process (PoC, Evaluation, Pilots)
  • Develop internal testing tools (ex. test automation framework, etc…)
  • Define the standards associated with the usage of the tools
  • Support and train the testing and test environment teams on how to use the tools
  • Measure/audit how the testing tools are implemented
  • Drive the continuous improvement process associated with testing tools

The Person

  • Strong programming technical skills on one of the following language: Java, C# or Javascript.
  • Database management knowledge
  • Environment architecture knowledge
  • Service architecture knowledge
  • The ability to produce concise and objective summaries of complex information
  • Good verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight timescales
  • A positive and flexible approach required to operate in a constantly changing environment
  • A flexible approach to day to day tasks with an ability to manage multiple deliverables across a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience of a range of testing methodologies and processes (Agile/Waterfall - Functional/Non-Functional)
