Job Description: Test and Development Engineer
We are seeking a Test and Development Engineer to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary engineering team. This role is primarily focused on testing and validation, ensuring that equipment and systems function reliably and meet performance standards. It offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of design, engineering, and quality assurance, contributing to the delivery of robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous testing of equipment and systems to verify performance, safety, and reliability.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during testing phases.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of testing outcomes.
• Provide clear reporting of test results and recommend improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering function.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in engineering with a demonstrated passion for testing and validation.
• Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively within a larger multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in product development and prototype testing.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with automated testing systems or software tools.
