Test and Inspect Electrician required for our client, they area a specialist M&E Contractor based in Dorset, they have been successfully operating for the past 45+ years and are currently looking to employ an Electrician due to ongoing expansion. The Electrician should be based in the Dorset or Wiltshire area.

The Electrician will be tasked with attending commercial sites throughout the Dorset and Wiltshire area to carry out periodic test and inspection of electrical circuits / systems. The Electrician should be familiar with completing electrical / test certification and be able to ensure compliance with IEE wiring regulation is adhered to at all times.

The Test and Inspection electrician will be required to have passed NVQ level 2/3 or completed an AM2 as well as holding 17th edition and test and inspection ticket.

Test and Inspection Electrician Position Overview

The Test and Inspection Electrician will be required to travel throughout the Dorset and Wiltshire area carrying out set and inspection to electrical systems.

Test and Inspection Electrician Position Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  • 17th Edition BS 7671
  • Test and Inspection (2391/2 or 2394/5)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Based in the Dorest or Wiltshire area

Test and Inspection Electrician Position Remuneration

  • Salary £29,000 - £33,000
