Test Analyst

Slater and Gordon are currently recruiting for a test analyst to join the IT team based in our flagship Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with testing experience to join one of the UK’s leading law firms.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Test case documentation and execution

  • Test planning and scheduling

  • Defect management and reporting

  • Monitoring and reporting progress throughout key strategic projects

  • Engaging with key business stakeholders to plan and perform UAT in accordance with the test plan

  • Providing authoritative advice and guidance to colleagues on any aspect of test planning and execution

About You:

  • Experience of working in an agile/scrum environment using appropriate ALM tools, such as JIRA

  • Experience in software testing and using test management tools

  • ISTQB certification (foundation level or above)

  • Understanding of the software development life cycle

  • Experience in software development projects

  • Strong analytical skills
