The role of Territory Store Manager
You’ve extensive retail management experience behind you and hold an enviable record of building successful retail stores. Now you are itching for a bigger challenge. As a Territory Store Manager with Dulux Decorator Centres (DDC) that’s exactly what we can offer you.
You will take responsibility for multiple stores in your region and lead a relentless focus on the development and delivery of our DDC Passionate Expertise concept. You will provide guidance and support to develop high performing retail teams that deliver a memorable customer experience and hit key commercial and strategic initiatives. A leader by example you will build strong internal relationships and analyse retail data to understand, interpret and act on KPI’s to ensure your area delivers top bottom line performances. You will influence the development of the trading strategy engaging regularly with your stores to make sure area plans are delivered. We will also look to you to spot and develop talent, provide inspirational leadership to support a wide variety of people and champion our culture of succession planning and personal development.

Territory Store Manager - Requirements
Your background in retail management will have given you commercial expertise, a proven track record of delivering exemplary results and the ability to build high performing teams. Target orientated, you will be skilled at operating retail processes and systems and know your way around a P&L. You will also be effective at budgeting and forecasting, skilled at reducing wastage and understand the importance of good H&S standards. Detail orientated you will possess strong communication and leadership skills. Key will be the ability to set high operating standards, achieve outstanding service levels and deliver customer loyalty. Important will be the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
