THE ROLE: As Territory Sales Manager, you will be required to develop a successful account base without forgetting to grow the business. Selling a range of construction products, mainly on the heavy side, your customers will be the likes of House Builders, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors, to name but a few. The position of Territory Sales Manager has become available due to growth plans within this business, so this is an exciting opportunity for any sales professional to take up.
THE PERSON: Our client is looking for someone who has previous field sales experience, experience within construction sales is desirable but not essential. Full product training will be provided. Someone who is passionate, motivated and ambitious paired with the full product training on offer will see you succeed. THE PACKAGE FOR TERRITORY SALES MANAGER:
- Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: up to 60% of basic salary
- Company Car or car allowance
- Benefits: Mobile, Laptop, Pension, 25 days' holidays + Stats + Full Employee benefits.
LOCATION Monmouth, Chepstow, Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Herefordshire.
