Carl Kammerling International Ltd is a market leader in the distribution of our exclusive, high quality CK, CK Magma, AVIT and KASP branded tools, tool storage and security products to retailers and distributors worldwide.
Dealing directly with customers, this key 'hands on’ role is crucial to further develop the company’s sales potential. Reporting to the Southern Regional Sales Manager, the successful post holder will achieve designated sales targets, increase profit and develop the company’s market share on the London territory by independently planning successful sales approaches for individual customers, developing action plans to enhance Carl Kammerling International’s reputation on the territory, developing relationships with customers, along with investigating and delivering on new sales opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
We require an IT literate, confident and articulate communicator (both written and verbal) with strong negotiation, influencing and listening skills. Do you possess the ability to interpret and analyse data to develop and support existing as well as new customers? Do you have the aptitude for taking advantage of new sales opportunities? Are you targeting driven, dynamic and self motivated, seeking a rewarding challenge? Can you work independently whilst still being a team player? Are you able to work in a structured sales environment and demonstrate above average organisational skills?
You should be, ideally, have formal sales training. However, knowledgeable candidates with industry experience and a demonstrable track record of success in sales in the hardware/DIY, builders’ merchant and electrical wholesale channels, who possess and understanding of distribution channels will also be welcomed.
