Our client is a well-established sales brokerage organisation that provides sales and marketing services to manufacturers and brand owners who prefer external representation rather than using their own sales teams to service the independent trade. Our client’s extensive field sales and account management team cover the mainland UK Wholesale, Discount, Cash & Carry and Independent channels.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and sales with Cash & Carries/ Wholesale/ Foodservice Distributors, across a portfolio of well-known brands. Existing
relationships with depot managers and buyers in the region would be advantageous. You will be self-motivated and happy to operate without daily instruction and micro-management. Working from a home base you will be able to self-manage your day to day operations and be able to run a structured journey plan, efficiently.
You will need to be IT literate and be able to use a laptop and work with Excel/ Word/ Powerpoint, as our client operates an electronic database for orders so working with this will be vital.
