Hidden Hearing is looking to appoint a sales manager, ideally located in London or the surrounding area, managing the operation of 6 - 8 branches including Audiologists, receptionists and field based operators with particular focus on continuing to implement and monitor the new sales consultation process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company for a minimum 12 month maternity contract.
The purpose of the job is to deliver at least the budgeted level of sales, via processes & staff behaviours laid down by the Company, ensuring all staff are fully compliant with relevant law, professional regulations and Company policies.
Ideally you will have had successful management/supervisory experience working in a regional role either in a retail and/or a health care environment and be driven to achieve and maintain high compliance with your teams by being able to give direction in a robust but non-confrontational manner.
You will need to be competent with Microsoft office and adept with proprietary systems, as well as being self-disciplined and methodical to ensure that your work is carried out effectively and in a structured manner.
