My client, an Investor in People, is looking for a Territory Manager to cover up to 8 branches in the London and South East region, for a minimum 12 month maternity cover contract. The position offers a generous basic salary, plus bonuses.
The purpose of the role is to ensure all staff in the specialist retail branches are appropriately trained, complying with processes and procedures, and continue to add value to the business. You will do this by coaching, supporting and motivating your team via 1-2-1's, daily phone calls, monthly site visits, identifying training needs, conducting investigations, implementing performance measures etc.
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a management or supervisory position, ideally in a regulated, health care, retail or geographically diverse position. You will be detail-orientated, able to give direction in a non-confrontational manner, able to influence and enforce behaviours without compromise, and be competent in MS Office
