Term Time Customer Service/Sales coordinator

Berry Recruitment has registered an excellent term time only temporary to permanent customer service/sales position for a prestigious company based in Witney. You role will involve developing and maintaining excellent business to business relationships. You will initially have to carry out marketing and sales to increase the number of clients the company has and then your role will mainly consist of account management and relationship building.

Compensation Package:
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £17,400 + commission (Pro Rata)
Working hours: 7.30am - 3.30pm (flexibility is offered)
Benefits: 5% matched pension plan, 50% off all products, 25 days holiday, discount with local retailers.

Responsibilities
*Increase the number of customers by using a variety of methods such as sales and social media campaigns.
*Working with existing customers to ensure they are up to date with the offerings of your company.
*Maintain product knowledge and increasingly research new products introduced.
*Carry out client visits with a variety of different clients from existing to new business visits.
*Maintaining high levels of customer service by investigating quarries from your most recent clients.
*Dealing with emails from your sales requests.
*Adapt a continuous improvement approach in terms of how the business is run.
*Building long lasting relationships with suppliers and clients.

Desirable experience
*Proven track record of communication via telephone and email.
*Experience within a target driven environment.
*Previous sales or customer service experience would be advantageous.
*Ability to carry out numerous tasks each day.
