Tenancy Sustainment Officer needed for a permanent contract for a forward thinking housing association
Your new company

Your new role
Your new role will be supporting and helping tenants maintain there tenancies by helping to create personal support plans and signposting them to local authorities to gain access to benefits and other additional services that will help them maintain there tenancies. You will also support vulnerable adults in any support they may require. You will work along side other colleagues taking on referrals and referring tenants to other teams within the company to help aid them in any way needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have excellent questioning and listening skills with the ability to think on your feet and be creative in the support that you provide. You must have a good knowledge of local authorities, benefits and how to access them. Resilience and confidence is key for this role as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
