Tenancy Sustainment Officer
£28,000 per annum
35 hours per week
A2Dominion is one of the UK’s leading providers of high quality homes and aims to provide real choice and excellent services to all its customers.
Are you an ambitious person looking for a new opportunity where you can progress and affect change in a forward thinking organisation?
If so, we would like to speak to you!
We are looking for a passionate, energetic and motivated professional who will be the first point of contact in providing support for welfare benefits including Universal Credit and money advice to tenants.
As our Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will coordinate the referrals process including interviewing referrals and liaising with key agencies. You will be assessing tenant support needs and implementing review action plans to meet those needs. You will be advising and supporting tenants on welfare related matters as well as keeping all housing management and customer service staff up to date on all changes so attention to detail is very important in this role.
You will need to have excellent knowledge of Universal Credit and overall understanding of financial inclusion. You must have proven or related experience of providing welfare benefits and money advice service including supporting and giving financial assistance to customers to sustain their tenancy.
In exchange, we offer a fun working environment, a great salary, 25 days holiday, a clear career path, and a highly supportive management team.
A2Dominion is a residential property group with almost 37,000 homes across London and southern England, and thousands more in the development pipeline. We provide affordable, private and social rented homes, student, NHS and temporary accommodation, as well as supported housing and homes for older people. We also offer high-quality sustainable homes for sale and shared ownership, available through our FABRICA by A2Dominion brand. Whilst we take a commercial approach to housebuilding, all of the surpluses the Group generates are reinvested into supporting our social purpose, helping to deliver more homes and services for customers. A2Dominion is also part of the g15, a group of the largest housing providers in London.
The Group is committed to equality of opportunity. We guarantee an interview to anyone with a disability whose application meets the minimum criteria for the post.
