Tenancy Support Officer
Sellick Partnership are working with a reputable organisation based from Kingston upon Thames who are seeking an experienced Tenancy Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Supporting vulnerable people to sustain their tenancies, including those with mental health issues and victims of domestic violence
- Carrying out risk and needs assessments
- Working with external support services and voluntary agencies making appropriate referrals
- Assisting and supporting residents when emergency moves are required
- Representing the organisation at external forums such as MARAC meetings, child protection reviews and case conferences
- Handling and maintaining confidential and sensitive data
A full UK driver's license and an enhanced DBS is essential.
