This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading Property Company as a Tenancy & Renewals Administrator. Previous experience working in tenancy renewals and specifically in the tenant change over process is essential as this role will be managing that whole process for our client.

The aim of this department is to provide a first-class service to all their customers in private rented accommodation, whilst ensuring the rents are at the correct levels.

Tenancy & Renewals Administrator - duties:

Manage all aspects of the tenant change process
Responsible for all regulatory and legislative compliance in tenancy & renewals
Keep all file information up to date and reference checking all changing tenants Administration of the deposit protection and release process
Provide support in the renewals process
Provide exceptional customer service and tenant experience

Tenancy & Renewals Administrator - requirements:

Previous experience of the tenant change over process is essential
Good understanding of UK lettings legislation and regulatory requirements Experience analysing processes and services to improve customer satisfaction Highly organised and experience working lettings and/or renewals
Self-starter and flexible to work remotely and in the office each week

Tenancy & Renewals Administrator:

£15-16 per hour
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
