Know the role

The role of the Tenancy Manager at Marsh & Parsons is to oversee a sizeable portfolio of non-managed tenancies, providing exceptional and seamless customer service to both tenant and landlord. The Tenancy Manager is responsible for all aspects of a Let-only tenancy, for the entire life-cycle of the agreement to ensure that the tenancy runs smoothly and in line with the contract.

The role will require you to manage a sizeable portfolio of property (c.500-600 properties), handling all let-only aspects of the tenancy, from pre-tenancy works, ongoing maintenance of the lease and compliance to end of tenancy works. This will encompass complaint and dispute handling, as well as the administration that this role necessitates.

Working with a variety of people on a daily basis, it is essential to establish long lasting relationships. Our brand is known for its impeccable customer service and delivering an exceptional experience at all times.
