Tenancy Manager/Senior Lettings Administrator - Henleaze - £17K to £20K dependent on experience

If the answer is Yes then this could be for you. An opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Manager to join their team in delivering exceptional customer service standards to their client base.

Purpose of Role
To Manage the process from a let being agreed to move in.

·To actively participate in office meetings
·Ensure signed terms of business, instructions and property questionnaires are fully completed, signed and returned by every landlord (new and existing)
·Oversee the reference and credit checking procedures
·Create tenancy agreements and deposit protection
·To answer telephone calls and greet visitors as necessary
·Prepare paperwork for renewals
·Conduct viewings (when required)
·Assist Lettings Branch Manager in running an effective database to identify potential landlords


Key Skills


·An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
·Good man management skills
·Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service.
·Strong Organisational Skills
·Thrives on attention to detail
·Customer service skills essential
·Current Lettings Administration Experience preferred
·Computer literate
