We have a fantastic opportunity for a Tenancy Coach to join our team in Bexley and provide tenancy support to our customers in the local area.
This is an exciting time to join Orbit as we look to embed a new coaching delivery model to support our customers, so that they can sustain tenancies and live happy lives. We are looking to coach our customers to ensure that they are comfortable in their tenancy and empower them to overcome issues and barriers. The Tenancy Coach will encourage independence and help our customers manage their home, money and rent payments using a coaching approach.
One of the key duties will be to engage with the customer to develop life skills. These will include money management, budgeting and linking in with the wider employment and skills offer. The Tenancy Coach will facilitate coaching on a one-to-one basis as well as in group sessions.

This is a key role so it is essential that you have experience of coaching and guiding skills to individuals on a one-to-one or in a group basis. You will be able to coordinate and provide front line delivery inline with our new model.
You will have experience of dealing with vulnerable groups and be able to support individuals in the field of mental health, financial inclusion, welfare benefits advice or support work. Housing experience is desirable but not essential.
