Temporary to Permanent HR Administrator

Adecco in Welwyn Garden City are recruiting for a temporary to permanent HR Payroll Advisor to join a busy team based in Herford.

Hours - 8.30am till 5:00pm.
Finish at 4:40pm on Fridays.

Hourly rate on a temporary basis - £8.50.

The specific duties of the roles will include: 

-To act as the first point of contact for all telephone and e-mail generated Payroll and HR queries resolving a high proportion of queries on a 'First Time Fix' basis. 
-New Starter and Leaver packs
-To process payroll changes in the SAP System (Starters, Changes, Leavers)  To issue Contracts of Employment and Contract Variation Letters.

-Implement changes to Terms and Conditions, including amendments to processes and SAP system configuration changes. 

-Administrative and advisory tasks in support of service delivery.

No experience in HR is required but Administration and attention to detail is essential.
