Temporary Team Administrators/Secretaries

The Roles:

Looking for a Team Assistants/Team Secretaries to support some of the busiest divisions of the businesses. The roles will be varied and will include tasks such as:

- Diary management
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Managing purchase orders and expenses
- Client liaison
- Wide ranging admin such as preparation of letters, emails and communication materials
- Running management information and reports

The Person:

- Previous experience of a similar role is essential
- Experience gained in a commercial and corporate environment would be highly beneficial
- Excellent IT skills, confident user of all MS Office packages
- Experience of working with databases
- First call communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, upbeat nature, with a can do approach
