The Human Resources Team has an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated Temporary Staffing Professional to join their team.
The post holder will facilitate discussions with our bank provider and agencies as to how best practice might be adopted, prioritise safe staffing, overcome delivery challenges, and agree and oversee delivery of actions by engaging a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. This fast paced role spans all non medical staffgroups across the divisions.
Demonstrating a wealth of temporary staffing knowledge, being helpful, enthusiastic and having excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as excellent IT skills, facilitation/coaching skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Acting as lead point of contact for the temporary staffing service, you will be highly visible in the organisation.
The team are currently working flexibly from home with the ability to attend the office if needed, adhering to social distancing rules at all times. The successful applicant will be expected to work from the office and remotely as appropriate.
