We have clients within the Oxford Area who require Reliable Temporary staff who can assist their teams within PA, Administrative, Customer Service, Telesales, Reception and Data Entry duties.
The main duties would involve:
* PA and Administration duties
* Answering a queries from internal and external customers
* Database Management and Data Entry
* Reception duties and taking messages
* Producing Excel Spread sheets
* Archiving, filing and General Administration
* Providing excellent customer services to all clients
* Prioritising busy workloads
Key Skills Required:
* Administrative and/or Customer services experience and database management
* Strong Organisation skills and time management skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Multi-Tasking skills
* Ability to display initiative
* Customer Focused
* Competency with Microsoft Software Packages
* Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* Methodical approach
