Temporary Sous Chef - Gastropub - West London
for this temporary role you will be working in a Sous Chef capacity in and around West London covering shifts at Various different pubs.
Shifts are flexible for the working hours you are looking for.
The role will require a Sous Chef who is comfortable with a large volume operation along the creativity to run an freshly prepared, homemade, established menu and introduce daily changing specials specials as well as a varied seasonal menus.
