Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
*Printing out Job forms to send over to the technicians.
*Filling out all service forms to ensure the correct service is being offered
*Calling all clients to ensure the correct service is in place and additional services are offered.
*Ensure you are up to date with new services offered by the company.
*Assign clients to a variety of technicians to ensure workload is equal throughout the team.
*Correspond through email with other members of your team.
*Knowledge of the automotive sector (Desirable but not essential)
*Customer service experience.
