Temporary Service Administrator

A client based in Oxford are looking for a Service administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. Your role will involve speaking with clients to discuss what service they need and what potential service can be offered to ensure the client is completely satisfied. You role will be customer facing due to the nature of the office. The team has over 76 employees and is rapidly expanding.

Compensation Package:
Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday

Duties:
*Printing out Job forms to send over to the technicians.
*Filling out all service forms to ensure the correct service is being offered
*Calling all clients to ensure the correct service is in place and additional services are offered.
*Ensure you are up to date with new services offered by the company.
*Assign clients to a variety of technicians to ensure workload is equal throughout the team.
*Correspond through email with other members of your team.

Desirable attributes:
*Knowledge of the automotive sector (Desirable but not essential)
*Administrative experience.
*Customer service experience.
*Excellent attitude.
