Temporary Secretary

This trusted and highly regarded company, based in Colindale, is looking for a dedicated and organised Secretary to assist an in-house Consultant for three months. You’ll provide administrative and clerical support, organising schedules and documentation in addition to general secretarial tasks. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Friday, 9am to 4.30pm.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organise documentation including correspondence, emails and research papers
  • Carry out general research and present findings
  • Write letters, audio and copy type, in addition to taking notes
  • Be meticulous about maintaining an organised filing system
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to create and update documents
  • Adhere to the Data Protection Act with all information presented
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

You’ll be incredibly organised with strong IT skills and previous secretarial experience. A flair for the English language with good spelling and grammar is also key. To apply for this role, please apply today!
