Temporary Sales Administrator

Immediate start

£8 - £9 per hour, could become permanent for the right person

We are looking for a confident and reliable administrator to join a fast paced team on the outskirts of the city centre. The hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and an immediate start is available. This role could become permanent for the right person.

The role of the Sales Administrator will involve-

  • To accurately input all orders via internal CRM, to liaise with all internal and external staff and customer to resolve any query
  • Responding to customer emails
  • To ensure distribution of all orders are carried out effectively and in the correct manner
  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • To provide timely, effective and efficient after sales service through the management of all related enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion in line with business, internal and external customer and end consumer requirements
  • Updating excel spreadsheets

  • Good IT skills
  • Flexible attitude towards working hours/demands of the business
  • Positive work ethic
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Possess a good administrative skills set
