Temporary Sales Administration

I am currently recruiting for a Temporary Sales Administrator to join my client in the South Liverpool Area. Initially the role is to cover maternity leave but may well become permanent for the right candidate. Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hourly rate of £8.65, there is also free parking, weekly pay and the benefits of working in a small and family feel team

About The Role:
•Consignment of stock reconciliation
•Data entry - bespoke system
•Stock control
•Purchasing all materials and consumables for both sales and internal use
•Customer service - in every aspect - including chasing debt
•Booking in deliveries
•Planning production with production manager
•Accounts support - entering invoices onto system
•Liaising with both customers and suppliers on all levels

Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in any of the following roles:
•Sales Administrator
•Manufacturing Administrator
•Invoicing Clerk
•Purchasing
