Temporary Russian Speaking Office Administrator, 2 week contract, Central London

Our client is an accounting and auditing firm based in Mayfair, Central London. They are looking for hire a temporary administrator to from 23rd of March till 6th of April.

Main duties:

  • Overlooking office including watering the plants
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Making teas and coffees
  • Ordering food for the lunch on a daily basis
  • Serving the table for all staff for lunch time
  • Tidying up afterwards
  • Restocking stationery of food supplies
  • Keeping kitchen tidy
  • Preparing fruit bowls
  • Answering calls
  • Printing, scanning and copying
  • Other ad hoc office duties

Requirements:

  • Responsible and reliable attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Prior similar experience of minimum 0.5-1 year
  • Ability to commit to the dates specified
