Your new role
The need has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a small team to manage their current high demand in recruitment. You will manage the organisation's recruitment strategy and guide the administration in processes. This will involve overseeing vacancy management, setting up assessment centres and collaborating with Hiring Managers to progress from vacancy to role filled.
You will operate at an HR Business Partner level, taking the lead in this area with a reasonable amount of autonomy. Where possible, you may be able to contribute your wider HR skills and knowledge in other areas of the HR function.
This job is expected to last to circa Christmas 2018.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive and results-driven HR professional, with experience at a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner level. You will understand and thrive within the type of culture as laid out above, and will be the kind of person who can be flexible and approachable in all tasks.
Valid driving licence is preferable, although access to your own vehicle is not necessary. You will be subject to Basic Disclosure Scotland if successfully appointed in this role.
Given the short nature of this role, you will be immediately available.
