Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for a temporary administrator to join them for approx. 6-8 weeks.
This role sits within a hard-working and dynamic team to be responsible for recruiting staff across the business in line with company needs and growth.
Advertise vacant positions around the group and manage candidate flow
Liaise with Quality Manager to ascertain the recruitment needs of the business/group
Liaise with social media marketing manager to publicise roles and events
Updating and ensuring jobs on Job boards are area specific and relevant to the requirements of each area of the branch
Receiving applicant emails and contacting them for interview
Screening and selecting applicants for the advertised roles and potentially arranging interviews.
Responding to general face to face, telephone or email enquiries relating to recruitment
Applying for references for new recruits
Sending out offer letters to candidates and enrolling successful candidates on to next available induction week
Organise training and welcome packs
Using and maintaining a variety of manual and computerised record keeping systems always ensuring the accuracy of the data store
General ad-hoc duties including supporting the Head Office team
Previous experience of working within a fast paced environment
Strong administration, organisational and numerical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
The ability to work accurately with high attention to detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages and other business platforms
Dynamic, self-motivated and proactive approach to the role to achieve a high level of success, accuracy and achieve recruitment targets.
