About the Company: We supply temporary receptionists/administrators to various companies within Derby. The roles vary from adhoc short term bookings to long term positions.

Duties: * Answering a high volume of incoming calls * Switchboard duties * Meeting and greeting customers * Liaisng with clients * Dealing with incoming calls/email enquiries * General administrative duties - filing, faxing, scanning etc.

Candidates should have a good telephone manner, and be computer literate. Candidates should have previous customer service / administration / secretarial experience.

Salary - £7.83 - £8.50 p/h. Candidates should be immediately available for work, and sometimes available at short notice.
