Temporary Receptionist role. North Carlisle. 2 - 3 months.

Your new company
A manufacturing firm north of Carlisle are seeing a Receptionist for a period of 8 - 12 weeks to cover staff absence over the summer months.

Your new role
Covering holidays and staff absences over the summer months, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors into the business.
As Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming all visitors.
  • Fielding and screening calls; passing on messages, and being the first point of call for general enquiries.
  • Taking in and distributing mail.
  • Ad-hoc administration, and updating of internal systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be well-presented, with a friendly and professional attitude. A polite and friendly telephone manner is a must.
Previous experience working in a Receptionist capacity would be advantageous, however previous administration and/or customer service experience will also be considered.

What you'll get in return
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
Competitive hourly rate.
