- Working in a customer facing environment.
- Making sure the office environment is presentable.
- Organising workload and meetings using Outlook Calendars.
- Meeting and greeting customers and clients.
- Making customers and clients coffees and teas when necessary.
- Answering and transferring calls to various departments.
- Extremely organised with excellent communication skills.
- Professional with strong Excel, Office and outlook calendar skills.
- Previous Reception experience.
- Previous Automotive reception experience is advantageous.
- Vibrant Telephone manner.
- Excellent written and oral English.
