Temporary Receptionist

Duties to include;
- Answering the telephone and email queries from clients and members of the public
- Use a database
- Liaise with solicitors and external businesses
- Filing and dealing with confidential documents

The ideal candidate will have
- previous admin experience within a professional or legal setting (desirable but not essential)
- professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of IT systems

The candidate must be available from next week and for a period of 4 weeks, however there is potential for this to continue.
