We are looking for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist for a large City Financial Services organisation. This is a role for someone who enjoys being active and on their feet, enjoys being in a front of house role and enjoys helping people.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Meet and greet visitors
Print and issue visitors passes
Announce by telephone or email when the visitors have arrived
Answering telephone calls and transferring calls
Take parcels and post
Booking meeting rooms (outlook calendar)
Show visitors to the meeting rooms and offer them refreshments
This role is for a client who has multiple Corporate sites across London and are looking for a "go to" Temporary Receptionist to help them with cover when it is needed, so we are looking for someone who is flexible, who doesn't mind covering other shifts at the last minute and someone who is open and flexible on the hours and days that they work.
