Office Angels is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team of our client based in Sheffield. This is a temporary position with a possible permanent opportunity for the right candidate. You will be working within a fast paced, professional and friendly environment and free parking is available on site.
The main duties will involve reception duties, responding to all incoming email correspondence, amending documents on Adobe Acrobat, maintaining and updating the in-house system and other general administration duties.
Candidates must have previous administration experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, experience using Adobe Acrobat is desirable. Due to the nature of temporary work, successful candidates must be available immediately.
