I am currently looking for Temporary Reception Administator for my client based in the South West London area.

Duties would include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors face to face.
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email.
  • Meeting room management
  • Administration
  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Dealing with post and courier requests

Ideal person:

  • Reception, Front of House experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good administation skills

Experience with Microsoft office is essential.

This Temporary positon will be for around 4 weeks maybe longer
