Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk, Carlisle, 40 hours per week

A reputable local organisation based in Carlisle are recruiting for a full time temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover a maternity leave.

Your new role
Based within the busy purchase ledger team your main responsibilities will include registering invoices onto the system, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier/customer queries, setting up supplier accounts on the system as we other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Duration of this role is approximately 6 months with the potential to extend further.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 12 months recent paid experience within a similar role. You will be confident, professional, personable, reliable and have a keen attention to detail. You will be a strong team player, used to processing large volumes of work and have the ability to multi-task when required. You will be flexible with regards to duties and happy to support/help the team where you can.
