We are looking for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy finance function based in Aztec West in Bristol.
Job Description As Purchase Ledger Clerk your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring and registering incoming invoices.
- Efficiently resolving invoice queries
- Assisting with the reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Accurate coding of invoices to ensure consistency
- Some general office admin duties such as filing and scanning
The Successful Applicant
- Previous purchase ledger experience, ideally from within a high volume environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with your team but also across the department
- Strong IT skills to include Word and Excel
