Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are looking for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy finance function based in Aztec West in Bristol.

Job Description As Purchase Ledger Clerk your main responsibilities will be:

  • Monitoring and registering incoming invoices.
  • Efficiently resolving invoice queries
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Accurate coding of invoices to ensure consistency
  • Some general office admin duties such as filing and scanning

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous purchase ledger experience, ideally from within a high volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with your team but also across the department
  • Strong IT skills to include Word and Excel
