Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant x 2
One of Preston's fastest growing companies are looking to urgently recruit 2 Purchase Ledger Assistants initially on a temporary basis but with the likelihood that the roles will become permanent.
The ideal candidates will be experienced in Accounts Payable and be confident in your abilities. The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and work in a small of team.
Duties will include :
- Responsible for the end-to-end Purchase ledger process for your own suppliers and will focus on building lasting relationships.
- Matching of invoices, resolving supplier queries and supplier statement reconciliation. You will also have responsibility for the weekly payment run and support management with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
There is flexibility for home working / office working and interviews are being held via video. These roles WILL start before Christmas so interested candidates are asked to urgently apply.
