Temporary - Procurement Administrator

Elevation Recruitment Business Support are currently recruiting for a Temporary Procurement Administrator to work for a large manufacturing business in Sheffield.

Key Accountabilities:
- Administrative tasks both in hard copy and on the company IT systems
- Filing of department documentation (create a system and file backlog)
- Create and expedite company purchase orders under the specific instruction of the Buyer and Procurement Manager
- Create and expedite company consumable orders
- Create stock postings in support of goods inwards activities
- Issue documentation to suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices and generation of supplier invoice queries
- Preparation of monthly reporting data relevant to procurement key performance indicators (KPI)
- Use of MRP systems
- Collating figures from an IT system
