We are currently working on a variety of different length contracts and ad hoc bookings for top professional services firms across London. Clients include top tier law firms, banks, investment firms and outsourcing companies.
We are looking for flexible workers that are happy to be booked out in advance and last minute to work within Facilities, Reprographics, Post Room and Print room roles. Adaptability and previous experience is key to be successful with these opportunities.
- Open, sort, distribute and sort mail at regular intervals throughout the day
- Sperate and frank Royal Mail post, prepare DX post for collection. All DX post must be recorded daily in order to monitor usage.
- Book couriers
- Sign for courier packages and deliver items as soon as they are in the building, signatures must be obtained in the courier book
- Do routine checks and maintenance on copy machines
- Order stationary and other various items requested
- Assist file room with collection of documents
• Previous experience working in Post Room
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• A polite and professional telephone manner
