Temporary Personal Assistant

1-week Temporary assignment from 12th - 16th May 2025

£14 per hour

Pulborough - must drive to get to the office!

Are you available from 12th to 16th May for a temporary assignment? Do you have experience providing PA support at Senior level?

Our client, a reputable, national business, is looking for a professional PA to join them from 12th - 16th May for holiday cover, plus there will be a brief handover for a few hours w/c 25/11/24 Working hours will be full days 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

  • Typing dictations and notes
  • Printing off emails for the Chairman to action
  • Replying to emails
  • General secretarial duties
  • General housekeeping in the office

We are looking for someone with previous PA or Senior Administration experience supporting high level Managers/ Directors/ Board Level. Confident communication skills in writing and verbally, along with strong IT skills.

Due to the remote location of the office, you will need your own mode of transportation to get here.
